The vouchers do not have an expiration date. Discounted lab vouchers are only available for purchase on the designated date and hours, as part of the Salem Township Hospital Wellness Program.
Vouchers can be used at Salem Township Hospital Laboratory, open 7 days a week, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm. Patient registration is not necessary for lab vouchers.
Your lab results will no longer be mailed to your home. Results will be available on MyChart. You may still request us to send a copy of your results to your provider.

Executive Profile – $40 Cash Price
The executive profile includes CBC, CMP, lipid panel, hepatic panel, TSH, and iron.
PSA – $25 Cash Price
PSA is a prostate cancer screening test for men. The levels of PSA in the blood can be higher in men who have prostate cancer. The PSA level may also be elevated in other conditions that affect the prostate.
Hemoglobin A1c – $25 Cash Price
Hemoglobin A1c gives an estimate of what your glucose (sugar) has been running over the past 3 months.
