CNA or LPN | Emergency Services | Night Shift
Summary
We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support safe, efficient patient care within the Emergency Department on the night shift. In this role, you will assist the nursing staff in an assigned unit by maintaining a well-organized and functional environment and performing assigned duties and responsibilities with competence and efficiency. You will perform specific patient care duties under the direction of a registered nurse.
Qualifications
- At least six months of relevant patient-care experience.
- Knowledge of basic nursing-care principles.
- CNA- High School graduate or equivalent with successful completion of a formal Nursing Assistant course or completion of fundamentals in a school of nursing. Must be registered by IDPH, and be listed on the Healthcare Worker Registry.
- LPN – Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Current professional registration/licensure with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

- 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
- Weekend and holiday rotation
Starting Hourly Pay Range
- CNA starting hourly pay range: $17.00/hr – $25.50/hr*
- LPN starting hourly pay range: $22.50/hr – $32.26/hr*
*Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
