Miriam Baumgart, MD
Internal Medicine
Dr. Miriam Baumgart, MD, is an Internal Medicine specialist who practices at the Family Health Care Center of Salem Township Hospital. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 2005 and went on to train at the University of Chicago Hospital. Dr. Baumgart brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her profession. She is dedicated to addressing patient concerns and providing personalized care to every patient, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of medical attention and support.

Cathy Durbin has been a dedicated nurse practitioner at Salem Township Hospital Family Health Care Center since 2021, where she delivers outstanding primary care to her patients. Before earning her advanced practice nursing degree from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2014, Cathy gained 22 years of valuable nursing experience. Her extensive experience and commitment help ensure every patient receives the best possible care.

Melissa Siebert, APRN
Family Medicine
Melissa Siebert, APRN, brings a practical, hands-on approach to patient care, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and clear communication while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Melissa earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, a Post-Master’s APRN certification from Maryville University, and holds AANP certification. Her approach goes beyond diagnosing and treating, she excels at connecting the dots, simplifying complex issues, and creating care plans that are realistic and attainable for patients. Returning to STH, where she began her Nurse Practitioner career, she looks forward to contributing her experience in an environment that values both autonomy and teamwork, with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Julia Roberts, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background caring for patients with chronic and acute conditions. She began her nursing career at Lake Land College, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University. Julia is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, promoting wellness, preventing disease, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health. She is honored to serve the community and looks forward to providing exceptional, personalized care.
