Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science from an accredited Graduate School
- Current license as LCPC or LCSW
- Two to three years of clinical experience. Experience with older adults, hospital or nursing home experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Behavioral de-escalation preferred.
- First Aid Certification
- Knowledge of community resources.

Job Summary
The Primary Therapist (LCPC, LCSW) provides quality and organized psychotherapy for identified clients and families, with special emphasis on treatment and discharge planning needs. The Primary Therapist organizes and leads structured group sessions of counseling, as well as conducts individual and family therapy sessions as needed per patient treatment plan. The Primary Therapist maintains accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations and standards regarding the provision of services and of the implementation of treatment and discharge planning. They demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of performance.

- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- No weekends / No on call
Hourly Pay Range
- $28.50 – $41.33
Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
