LPN Qualifications
- Graduation from a school of nursing.
- Must have a current license from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
- Surgery office experience is preferred.
Summary
- Coordinates and organizes activities by using initiative and independent judgment.
- Provides direct care to patients when professional skills are required.
- Assists providers with the examinations and procedures.
- Provides patient education and documents appropriately, maintains the records accordingly.
- Responsible for obtaining and maintaining supplies as requested by providers.

- Full-Time Days
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Hourly Pay Range
- $21.50 – $31.18
Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
