Nurse Practitioner Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner School.
- Current license from the Department of Professional Regulation in the State of Illinois.
- Current in CPR.
- One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
Nurse Practitioner Position Summary
- Provides service to patients in the Rural Health Clinic.
- Maintaining quality medical care in compliance with physicians' orders, mid-level protocols, and hospital and departmental policies.
- Responsible for the evaluation, formulation, and implementation of appropriate treatment plans for patient population from infants through geriatrics.
- Assists with the treatment and follow up of occupational medicine clients.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- (4) 10Hr Shifts
- Rotating Days of the week
- Clinic is closed every Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

Hourly Pay Range
- $55.50–$80.48
Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
