Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of location and function of all hospital departments
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all who enter the facility in a friendly manner and actively listen to successfully determine the needs of all who enter
- Ethical understanding of patient processes, confidentiality, and HIPAA.
- Must be able to push a wheelchair.
Job Summary
- Serves as the first point of contact for all patients, employees, providers, and others entering the hospital for any reason.
- Responsible for providing warm and sincere greetings.
- Ensures all who enter the building reach their destination, assisting when needed.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Hourly Pay Range
- $15.00 – $18.00/hr
Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
