Rural Health Clinic Walk-In
For acute, non-emergency issues—open 9:00 am to 6:30 pm daily! With skilled nurse practitioners, we’re here for your urgent care needs without the long wait.

Primary Care
Offering two on-site providers at the Rural Health Primary Clinic and two more at our off-site clinic Family Health Care Center on Whittaker St. The STH primary care team focuses on long-term health management.

From temporary mental health concerns to more severe issues, the team of providers offers comprehensive care.
