Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Circulator to join our Surgery Services Team at Salem Township Hospital.
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current registration with the Department of Professional Regulations in the State of Illinois.
- Thorough knowledge of general theory and practice, with specific knowledge of surgery technique.
- Circulating and critical care experience required.
- ACLS required.
- Current in CPR.
- Capable of good interpersonal skills.
Summary
- Cross train to function in all areas of the OR, Endo, and Same Day Surgery as Circulator.
- Responsible for equipment, patient care, positioning, documentation, and patient education.
- Fast paced environment.
- Lifting of patients and equipment with assistance required, and also pushing/pulling of carts.
Schedule
- Part-Time (30–72 hours, Bi-weekly)
- Monday – Friday
- 6:45 am – 3:15 pm
- Call rotation
Hourly Pay Range
- $31.00 – $44.95
Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
