Summary of Responsibilities:
- Manages, directs, and coordinates all areas of Salem Township Hospital operations.
- Ensures achievement of Salem Township Hospital's mission through the delivery of patient care according to the policies and objectives established by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Care Management, Business Administration, or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of senior-level experience in healthcare organizations with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Successful experience in team building and leadership.
- CEO experience preferred.
- Executive-level Critical Access experience is strongly preferred.
